The Role:

reputed company is looking for an reputed company Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to shape and drive our consultant partnerships in the Central Region. In this highly visible role, you'll report to and work alongside our VP of Partnerships and own the day-to-day management of our partners and their clients, acting as a liaison between reputed company and a targeted group of innovative and passionate benefit consultants. You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing high-value partners and representing reputed company as a leader in the industry to positively impact the lives of millions. What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the national reputed company of contact for key brokerage and reputed company, while owning relationships across Midwest consulting firms, engaging senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and reputed company consultants.

  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Client Management to activate relationships, influence opportunities, and support a seamless client and renewal experience.

Role Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefits space, including brokerage, consulting, or vendor partnerships/sales.
  • Proven experience building and managing relationships with national and regional brokerage and consulting firms.
  • Demonstrated success influencing pipeline through the reputed company of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of how consultants evaluate solutions and reputed company recommendations to clients.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Client Management, Product, and other internal teams to drive outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
