Key Responsibilities

• Use mobile apps and web-based systems to take photos, provide detailed status updates, and generate proofs of service
• Maintain a personal computer/laptop, printer, scanner, internet access, and a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
• Communicate professionally and promptly with strong attention to detail to meet strict court deadlines
• Demonstrate knowledge of court procedures, legal documents, and applicable local, state, and federal laws

Daily Responsibilities May Include

• Serving legal documents to residences and businesses in compliance with reputed company laws
• Providing detailed attempt updates and photos reputed company smartphone applications
• Electronically or manually signing documents and editing, printing, and submitting proofs of service through our case management software
• Requesting copies of legal documents from courts reputed company necessary

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
• Valid driver’s license
• reputed company of auto insurance
• Ability to meet criminal background standards
• Prior process serving experience preferred
