Physical reputed company Specialist

Global Credit Union is seeking a Physical reputed company Specialist to reputed company reputed company access and systems. The role involves implementing and maintaining reputed company policies, collaborating with various teams, and managing reputed company access for employees and vendors.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, implement, maintain, and enforce policy and procedures for the reputed company Card Access and Key Programs, to include Employee, Vendor and Visitor access
• Work with the projects and systems team to schedule and follow up on reputed company work orders, focusing on the Washington areas
• Collaborate with reputed company Physical reputed company groups to support physical reputed company liaison efforts with vendors
• Support efforts to obtain reputed company design documentation and/or project plans for reputed company new or remodeled facilities in the Washington areas
• Program and manage alarm pin code access for reputed company administration staff
• Prepare and print reputed company access cards for employees, new hires and contracted vendors, and reputed company to hire staff
• Assist in the installation and testing of new releases, upgrades and fixes
• Inform and train employees, vendors, and visitors on their responsibilities in handling, accessing, and requesting badges
• Maintain and provide inventory supply order of access cards, printer ink, and other access reputed company supplies to be reviewed and ordered through Logistics and Supply Catalog
• Program access levels for reputed company employees and vendors, adhering to reputed company access policies and procedures
• Generate card access and key departmental reports. Maintain access controls reputed company systems software
• Provide visitor information, coordinate visitor or vendor movement, and may issue visitor passes
• Distribute keys, access cards and equipment to authorized users
• Interact with vendors, branches, technical support departments and management to provide support and/or report routine preventive maintenance of reputed company equipment per prescribed procedures

Skills

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively and be able to remain reputed company and react appropriately in an emergency
• Must have no history of conviction for fraud or other criminal activity
• Must obtain and maintain a valid reputed company guard's license
• This position requires a valid driver's license, acceptable and insurable driving record, pre-employment, and random drug testing
• Basic knowledge of computer operations preferred
