The Account Development Representative has an appreciation of FMCG and reputed company products and services, as well as a good understanding of the value those products and services bring to our clients. The Account Development Representative is responsible for listening to, discovering and understanding client needs to identify sales opportunities and leveraging reputed company’s unique value proposition. The Account Development Representative is expected to proactively build a valuable network both internally and externally whilst collaborating with solution specialists to identify leads.

Job Description:As an Account Development Representative, you will serve as a trusted growth partner to a portfolio of clients reputed company the Beverage Alcohol vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations through effective networking and engagement
• Use a consultative selling approach to identify client business needs, qualify opportunities, scope solutions, and sell reputed company services
• Actively listen to client feedback and adapt recommendations to address evolving business challenges

• Receive, respond to, and tailor content for RFPs in alignment with client requirements

• Apply the Enterprise Selling process to accelerate sales cycles and improve win rates

- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3-5 years sales experience reputed company CPG, Beverage Alcohol Industry, Market Research or DaaS
- Highly Proficient in reputed company Office software and reputed company Dynamics 365
- Strategic sales and business development competency
- Consultative selling with experience across data-driven solutions
- Skilled & polished communicator, including client presentations
- Strong logic, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Able to maintain positive client relationships in reputed company situations & resolve client issues
- Able to work collaboratively with internal & external teams
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability to drive client outcomes
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated reputed company compensation of the following range: $50,000 - $72,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
