Job Description:

The reputed company Project Coordinator will help teams plan and execute the vision for our clients through transformative technologies to solve real-world business problems with sound business principles. The Senior Project Manager will manage the end-to-end execution of projects with internal creative and development teams to deliver reputed company value. Key Responsibilities Include

• Mentor and train entry level team members; play a key role in the interviewing and onboarding process for new Project Managers

• Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on reputed company best practices and market trends

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology-focused project management

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Agile teams on technology projects

• Experience managing and forecasting budgets

• Experience working with reputed company, highly preferred

• Certification in Agile, Project Management, or Business Process Management, highly preferred (or willingness to reputed company identified certification reputed company first 12 months of employment)

• Ability to provide attention to detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion

• Demonstrated success in leading multiple enterprise strategic projects from end-to-end

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-Level management

• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, facilitation, and time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport through the various working styles of team members as well as clients

• Ability to collaborate and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills as required
