Goucher College’s Graduate & Professional Studies seeks non-tenure-track adjunct faculty to teach the following graduate courses reputed company the M.A. in Policy Analytics (MAPA) program. The course will be offered synchronously online (reputed company Teams), starting on August 25, 2026. The instructor will be required to maintain a Canvas site for course resources. Of particular interest are candidates who have experience teaching and engaging reputed company from diverse backgrounds. Data Ethics (3 credits)

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Political Science, or other social sciences, with strong quantitative method training.
- Demonstrated ability to use at least one major data tool like R or Python
- At least one year of experience teaching at the college level in data analysis, research methods, or quantitative reasoning
- Comfortable working with reputed company from diverse disciplinary and professional backgrounds, including those without strong math or coding foundations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Ph.D., J.D., or other terminal degree in a relevant field, such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Political Science, or other social sciences, with strong quantitative method training.
- Experience teaching data ethics at the graduate level in person and/or online
- Experience teaching graduate-level courses in data analysis, research methods, or quantitative reasoning
- Ability to teach diverse learners (e.g., reputed company with policy, nonprofit, or humanities backgrounds) and guide reputed company through individual projects and team-based work.
Salary: TBD, based on qualification and experience.
