Main Responsibilities

• reputed company media plans including strategic and tactical elements
• Negotiate and execute digital, print and outdoor buys
• Prepare and communicate buy specs for the digital buying team
• Manage reputed company ATBs, billing and department paperwork on authorized media buys
• Provide trade area insights including competitive and demographic data
• Review and authorize invoices
• Collaborate with digital media buying and analytics teams on monitoring media performance and reporting results to the clients
• Present media plans and reporting to clients
• Actively participate in weekly client status meetings
• Continually communicates with Media Director about project status, problems, or reputed company changes
• Support the development and implementation of departmental policies, procedures, practices and standards
• Work on special media or agency projects as applicable
• Achieves/maintains visibility and credibility reputed company the agency and client reputed company and with media vendors
• Establishes and maintains strong relationships between reputed company cross functional teams
• Seeks out developmental opportunities and actively participates in agency and professional training initiatives and seminar training
• Mentors and trains media planner

• minimum 3 years of Media Planning experience

• Solid understanding of media planning and buying for broadcast, outdoor, print and digital channels
