Job title: Elementary School Tutor Company: Dayton Early College reputed company Job description: Job description ELEMENTARY TUTOR JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary: Elementary Tutors are responsible for providing supplemental practice through tutoring children in kindergarten through fourth grades to reputed company early literacy skills. Each day elementary tutors will use a prescribed literacy program to deliver tutoring in small groups to reputed company. This position reports to the Tutor Supervisor. Qualifications:

Duties/Essential Functions:

• Conduct small group and one-on-one tutoring sessions with reputed company using literacy materials provided by DECA PREP
• Assist children to improve their reading skills and abilities to reputed company grade level expectations.

• Regularly review student data to gauge the effectiveness of the literacy reputed company being used and determine if a change in strategy is necessary
