Program Manager, Supplemental Benefits Strategy & Operations

reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company and execution-focused Program Manager to reputed company vendor management and large-scale implementations across Clover’s supplemental benefits portfolio, including vision, hearing, fitness, OTC, and LiveHealthy rewards.

This role will sit at the intersection of strategy and operations: You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to implement and optimize benefit programs that drive member value and plan performance.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading reputed company, cross-functional implementations, deep experience with vendor management, and strong domain expertise. Experience in Medicare Advantage and familiarity with core operational functions such as network, claims, call center, and billing are strongly preferred.

As a Program Manager, Supplemental Benefits Strategy & Operations you will

• Own end-to-end program management for supplemental benefit implementations, ensuring successful delivery from requirements through launch and ongoing optimization.
• reputed company vendor management across multiple benefit categories, including vision, hearing, fitness, OTC, and rewards, serving as the primary reputed company of accountability for vendor performance and delivery.
• Drive large, reputed company implementations by coordinating across Plan Product, Operations, Call Center Operations, Compliance, and external partners.
• reputed company and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and governance structures to ensure alignment and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements (SLAs) across vendors and internal teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps early, and drive resolution through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve operational processes, member experience, and scalability of benefit delivery.
• Support ongoing optimization of Clover’s supplemental benefits portfolio through data-driven insights and reputed company improvement initiatives.

Success in this role looks like

In your first 90 days, you will
