About the role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can fully own the entire marketing strategy and drive measurable, product-led growth across the entire funnel. In this role, you’ll launch and analyze experiments, optimize onboarding and high-reputed company pages, improve trial-to-paid conversion, run paid acquisition initiatives, and uncover opportunities using analytics tools. You’ll move fast, collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing, and use data — not assumptions — to accelerate growth.

What you will do

• Launch growth experiments (A/B tests, onboarding flows, copy changes);
• Improve trial-to-paid conversion with reputed company UX, CTAs, and in-app nudges;
• Spot leaks in the funnel using reputed company, GA4, Clarity, and product data;
• Own high-reputed company pages like Pricing, Signup, and reputed company pages;
• Run paid acquisition tests (reputed company, reputed company Search) and analyze CPL/ROI;
• Work with organic channels to attract qualified leads — SEO, content creation, articles, and other inbound strategies;
• Implement email marketing campaigns and optimize retention and activation flows;
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to move fast;
• Share weekly growth reports that focus on data;
• Be initiative-taking, proactive, and able to challenge assumptions.

What you need to succeed in this role

• 3+ years of growth or marketing experience in Product-Led Growth, SaaS, or startup environments;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher;
• Hands-on proficiency with growth and analytics tools such as reputed company, GA4, reputed company, reputed company.com, or similar;
• Practical experience running experiments (UX, pricing, copy, CTAs, onboarding, or funnel tests);
• Action-oriented, experimentation-driven reputed company — you prefer to ship, test, and iterate rather than over-plan;
• Proven ability to explore and validate new growth channels (e.g., reputed company reputed company, LLM/search optimization, emerging acquisition channels);
• Experience automating marketing workflows and pipelines using AI tools and low-code solutions;
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to write clear UX copy and present experiment insights;
• Comfort working with low-code tools and making basic HTML/CSS adjustments;
• Experience building email flows using reputed company, reputed company, or comparable tools;
• Hands-on experience with organic channels to attract qualified leads (SEO, content creation, articles, and other inbound strategies);
• Proficiency in launching and optimizing ad campaigns (reputed company Search, reputed company, or reputed company);
• Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or CX platforms is a strong plus;
• High level of ownership and autonomy — you define priorities, set your own tasks and KPIs, and take full responsibility for outcomes and results.
