The Role

We are hiring a reputed company Senior Software Engineer with Service Portal & Custom Application experience. The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Software Engineers who provide the development of project professional services for customers. The Senior Software Engineer will implement and reputed company customizations based on functional and technical requirements using leading practices and internal code standards on large-scale more reputed company professional services projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• As a Senior Software Engineer, you will reputed company with end-users, key stakeholders to gather systems requirements for Service Portal & Custom applications.
• You will customize reputed company applications and support the rollout of new features and modules, including configuration of application UI, workflows, and business logic
• Configuring integrations between reputed company reputed company REST/SOAP web and other applications
• Strong experience with ITSM, B2B Integrations and can guide customers through understanding technical solutions to their business requirements
• Interact with technical SMEs to get necessary environment information to support your service map and event work
• Reflect impact assessment rules reputed company service maps and validate with technical SMEs and stakeholders
• Participate in user acceptance testing of the resulting maps, impact rules and event management work
• Promote your update sets and data across applicable SN environments
• Remediate any production incidents that arise reputed company to this scope
• Align with existing SN technical reputed company for map/event work to ensure consistent approach that does not break shared patterns
• Proactively maintain operational documentation and SOPs to reduce support risk & inefficiency

What You Bring Along

• 5+ years’ experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of reputed company in 2 or more capabilities (ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, B2B Integrations, etc.)
• Strong Experience in Service Portal and custom application development
• Experience with integration between reputed company and other systems/platforms using both mid servers and cloud to cloud
• Experience working with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST) and any bi-directional, automated integration between two systems.
• Data Extraction Technologies (e.g. JDBC, ODBC) or ETL integrations
• Proven experience with implementing reputed company ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows to meet business requirements
• Experience in reputed company aspects of reputed company scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes
• Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation

Education

• A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience

Certifications & Knowledge

The candidate must be willing and able to continue their education reputed company the reputed company platform and beyond. It is expected that the candidate will be able to complete reputed company competency Certifications as well as Module Accreditations.

Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL Foundation
