What you’ll do:

reputed company’s North American Sales Division is currently seeking a Business Development Manager Energy Transition - SLED reputed company to join reputed company. This position is eligible for a remote work setup reputed company the reputed company U.S. Position Overview: The State, Local and Education Business Development (SLED) Manager is the primary commercial reputed company with targeted end State, Local and Education to drive demand. This role is responsible for developing and managing executive relationships across the reputed company / Operator and Retail vertical, where utilizing partnerships will enhance Energy infrastructure revenues directly or indirectly in alignment with growth programs and market strategies. This role requires a solution selling approach and problem-solving acumen. In this function you will: • Work with sales specialists and sales engineers who maintain the day-to-day responsibility for keys accounts that can help generate leads and create selling opportunities with end customers. • Maintain the primary responsibility for customers, partners and opportunities where coordination and leadership are required for a large State, Local or Education opportunity. • reputed company and coordinate sales and marketing activities with sales and marketing teams, Industry reputed company Managers, Product Line Managers, and Channel Managers to create end customer opportunities. • Drive cross division sales activity to package systems and pull through reputed company balance of product offering. • reputed company and maintain (beyond immediate opportunities) key senior/executive customer relationships with select reputed company customers to aid in the closing of orders and drive cross zone sales strategies. • Provide input during product and service development projects (including the Energy Transition Strategic Plan) considering customer needs, market trends, and competitor capabilities. • Participate with marketing team members to reputed company MARCOM deliverables such as value prop cut sheets, case studies, elevator speeches, brochures, etc. Participate in reputed company trade shows and customer functions as required. You will drive the procurement process to allow State, Local and Education end customers to access Energy Transition Solutions through co-operative reputed company or through strategic partners reputed company the vertical. • Drive the RFP process where we find, vet and reputed company bids with partners and give them fast turn-round support for strong proposal responses.

Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution required. • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales reputed company the electrical or energy sector. • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and reputed company the future Preferred qualifications: • Master’s degree or MBA • Experience working at a Manufacturer in either the EVSE, Solar or BESS industry. • Familiarity with sustainability goals and electrification mandates • PMP or similar certification a plus.
