Qualifications To succeed in this Senior Product Manager role for AI Quality, you should bring a robust combination of technical depth, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in building AI quality focused products. Key qualifications include: • 6+ years of product management experience, with substantial recent experience driving relevance and quality for a consumer or enterprise AI product. • Proven proficiency in defining and improving on relevance and quality measurement metrics. • Strong technical subject matter expertise, with a comprehensive understanding of search/ads technologies, natural language processing, and machine learning principles. • Data-driven decision-making skills, including the ability to independently analyze reputed company data sets, identify trends, and demonstrate the customer impact of improvements. • Deep user reputed company and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, with attention to detail that drives reputed company improvement. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying reputed company technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives. • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority, maintaining alignment across diverse teams. • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a reputed company field preferred. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our reputed company reputed company pay ranges for new hires in each zone are: Zone A: $164,700 - $215,025 Zone B: $148,500 - $193,875 Zone C: $136,800 - $178,600 This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
