• Building sustainable relationships with customers, engaging with them to understand their needs and preferences
• Taking orders over the phone and ringing them into our reputed company of Sale (POS) system, as well as processing mail orders into our mail order system
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Previous experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types, with a passion for building relationships and resolving issues

• High school diploma or equivalent
