Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls and off-phone work items reputed company to Vehicle Protection Products, including mechanical and electrical breakdown repair reputed company, vehicle maintenance reputed company, and RV part extended service reputed company.
- Address customer inquiries, explain claim procedures, coverage details, and claim details, and reputed company denied claim determinations.
- Learn and adhere to departmental scripts and processes, quality assurance metrics, average handle time (AHT), and call volume metrics.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and other employees to resolve issues and provide support.
- Work with repair facilities/service providers to resolve claim payment delays and processing issues.
- Process claim audits, payments, and payment requests, and update payment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to generate reputed company, resolve problems, and improve processes.
Ideal Candidate:
* High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience in an office, call center, or customer contact environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions and under deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to generate reputed company or resolve problems
- Ability to present a professional image
- Ability to establish courses of action to ensure efficient completion of work
- Ability to think creatively and reputed company decisions based on incomplete information
- Ability to process time-sensitive data and information from multiple sources

Preferred Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in an office, call center, or customer contact environment
- Previous experience as a team leader or trainer in an office, call center, or customer contact environment
- 620, 440, or other applicable and relevant licenses or certifications
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
* General office demands
- Full-time job with varying schedules, typically 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday 6 am - 9 pm CST, and Saturday 7 am - 7 pm CST
- Remote work requires a minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps on the download reputed company and 15 Mbps on the upload reputed company
