Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Greeting reputed company customers in a friendly and helpful manner, setting the tone for a positive experience
  • Processing customer policy change requests with ease and efficiency
  • Taking premium payments from customers with a smile
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems
  • Fostering strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
  • Presenting and explaining insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals
  • Providing customers with additional information about new products and services to enhance their experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Personal lines P&C license to ensure you're knowledgeable about insurance products and regulations
  • An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude to provide exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up to manage multiple customer interactions
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
