Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Overview:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. This is a temporary, hybrid role that requires one weekend day each week, starting in September and ending in January. If you have a flexible schedule, excellent computer and phone skills, and reputed company in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
* Assist customers in telephone sales and online support through Live Chat and E-Mail
- Sell extended service protection plans and product installations on selected merchandise
- Offer excellent customer support for customers who have purchased items
- Review online orders to provide online fraud protection
- Track and expedite orders on a daily basis
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet
