Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Assistant / Entry Level to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Assistant / Entry Level, you will be responsible for entering large business orders and updating spreadsheet information. You will work closely with other departments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant / Entry Level, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing reputed company incoming reputed company (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Formatting reputed company orders as needed to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Setting up Profiles for reputed company reputed company orders to ensure efficient data entry
  • Processing incoming reputed company orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner to meet demanding deadlines
  • Processing incoming Treasury Batch orders reputed company while meeting deadlines for Treasury
  • Executing Customer Gift History lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Entering Catalog requests and address changes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing incoming communications in a reputed company, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting reputed company accuracy and productivity standards
  • Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing reputed company available resources
  • Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout the company

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 6 months of data entry experience
  • reputed company to advanced knowledge of reputed company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division
  • Type 35 wpm
  • Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer
  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving skills

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

+ Download speed over 100mbs + Upload speed 10+mbs (with a wired reputed company NOT wireless)
