Role Overview
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone, on live chat, and through email
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

Compensation and Benefits
