Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Agent – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of cargo and baggage. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, in addition to guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that reputed company interactions with customers are professional and courteous.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
• Have a valid driver's license
