About the Role
As a Part-Time Remote reputed company Translate Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working with reputed company to identify and qualify business opportunities, grasp key client technical issues, and reputed company strategies to resolve technical blockers
- Providing AI expertise to support the technical relationship with reputed company's clients, including product and solution briefings, reputed company-of-concept work, and collaboration with product management to focus on solutions affecting client adoption of reputed company Cloud

Requirements

- Experience with large data, AI, and mathematical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
