Job Summary:
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the growth of our ocean product by executing strategies that enhance reputed company development, pricing, and service quality. You'll work closely with our Ocean Management team to analyze reputed company performance, identify areas for improvement, and reputed company effective solutions to drive business growth. Your expertise in data analysis, communication, and problem-solving will reputed company you to reputed company a significant impact on our sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute strategies to support the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product
- Work closely with the Ocean Management team to analyze reputed company performance, identify areas for improvement, and reputed company effective solutions to drive business growth
- Assist in implementing pricing programs, reviewing volume targets, and developing an ocean strategy that enhances the effectiveness of sales to reputed company expectations of account development and yield enhancement
- Communicate both internally and externally to outline strategy, market conditions, and work closely with the Ocean Management team, sales, and operations to communicate direction and deliverables
- Direct and indirect customer contact will be required to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Conduct regular service reviews to ensure agreed-upon KPIs are being met or exceeded
- Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting information regarding performance and competitive activity; submit reports as required
- Work with the Ocean Management team and regional ocean management team to promote the ocean product
- Support sales and operations as needed
- Manage annual budget; control, monitor, and report results on a regular basis to reputed company budget targets
- Work closely with marketing to reputed company external and internal communications specific to the ocean product
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a reputed company field (e.g., international business, logistics, supply chain management)
- At least 8 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry, including direct ocean experience in working with ocean reputed company, negotiating ocean rates, quoting ocean rates, and analyzing ocean rates and routing
- Prior ocean reputed company experience is a plus
- Familiarity with reputed company Office applications (e.g., reputed company, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business-oriented and remarkable business acumen
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
