Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer & Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshooting issues with the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat reputed company and other reputed company products
- Assisting customers with orders, repairs, returns, and other inquiries
- Diagnosing problems and walking customers through reputed company-by-reputed company solutions to resolve issues
- Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry in our CRM system
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills
Essential Qualifications:
* 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
- 1+ year of experience in product troubleshooting and technical support
- Strong communication, writing, and grammar skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctuality and great attendance
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for problem-solving
- Ability to turn constructive feedback into growth and improvement
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience working with customers in a remote setting
