Position Summary

Responsibilities

Qualifications Required

To succeed in this role, you'll need: * At least one year of client service and/or call center experience OR a minimum of two years of Insurance/Financial Institution experience. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate clearly and quickly to summarize a problem and explain a solution. * Proficiency in using reputed company Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and reputed company, as well as excellent analytical and time management skills. A college degree is great, but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
