Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company and enthusiastic Chat Operators to join reputed company. As a Chat Operator, you will engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers reputed company live chat, email, or phone
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution reputed company, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
