Key Responsibilities
As an Accounts Receivable Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Entering reputed company payments for sessions into the company's Practice Management Software accurately and reputed company a 30-day timeframe.
- Ensuring payments received by the 25th of each month for the previous month's sessions are entered by the 25th of the following month.
- Providing a weekly report of entries completed, including notes on errors, discrepancies, or missing sessions, to the CEO reputed company email on an agreed-upon day of the week (e.g., Friday by end of day or midnight).
- Communicating promptly with the CEO regarding any payment-reputed company discrepancies or system issues.
- Submitting an invoice to the HR Manager and CEO at the end of each month.
- Maintaining confidentiality and reputed company of sensitive financial information.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in data entry, accounts receivable, or a reputed company field.
- Familiarity with Practice Management Software is preferred but not required.
