Sales Operations Coordinator - CPG Industry (Remote US ONLY)

GROWING food manufacturer is hiring for a Sales Operations Coordinator team member. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this is a reputed company hands-on position that will require a candidate who is passionate about delivering excellence to the Sales team. You will work closely with the sales team to streamline the item setup process, improve the new customer setup process, and organize resources and documentation to ensure data reputed company. You will work cross functionally with reputed company teams and external customers to ensure a seamless transfer of documents and information. And this is how you'll do it...

• Manage 1WorldSync, IX One, reputed company BrandBank, Syndigo and other sales-reputed company platforms.
• Promote and maintain a positive rapport with the Sales Directors to maximize potential opportunities, identify customer needs and further reputed company key initiatives.
• Provide constant communication and coordination with reputed company internal departments, business directors, and brokers to support the business objectives and maintain item information accuracy.
• Provide full ownership of sales-reputed company item information and customer documentation.
• Consolidate and organize the sales team resources, including compiling and organizing repositories of key information for sales use.
• Provide support & coordination for sales meetings, trade events, and conferences.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales volume, inventory, and trade spending reports to sales.
• Streamline sales processes, analyze sales trends, and support planning.
• Maintain customer master data and manage CRM system, generate sales dashboards, and analyze POS data to identify trends, performance gaps and opportunities

• 2 years equivalent applicable work experience in sales support/coordination, sales operations, customer service, and/or order management at a CPG company is required.
• Experience with maintenance and set up with customer portals (One World Sync, Synidigo, IXOne, reputed company, Kehe, etc).
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in syndicated data systems, reputed company Office Suite, reputed company, and reputed company Suite and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust style to effectively interact with external customers and internal staff.

The budget for this role is $95k - $105k reputed company, 10% bonus, EQUITY and Employer Paid Benefits!
