Position overview

The Case Building Department translates rudimentary Veterans Affairs (VA) exam requests into highly detailed, organized cases that providers can readily use to evaluate Veterans' conditions. Case Builders streamline the evaluation process by allowing Providers to evaluate Veterans more reputed company.

Case Builder Team Support Specialist is a fully remote role that involves supporting a team of remote Case Builders to ensure productivity, quality of work, and achievement of departmental goals. This position requires a self-motivated and disciplined individual who can effectively support a team located across several time zones, who can foster a collaborative environment, and who can maintain strong communication across various virtual platforms.

This position is 100% remote, full-time, hourly, non-exempt, with flexible hours, but the employee is expected to follow an 8-hour per day, Monday through Friday workweek. This role is in an administrative support reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary reputed company of knowledge and Subject Matter Expert for Case Builders (CB).
• Complete Clarification Responses (CR) for absent case builders on the assigned Case Building team.
• Complete Building of Cases reputed company necessary and directed by the Team Supervisor.
• Monitor team responsiveness to communications and provide regular insights to the supervisor.
• Assist Case Builders with procedural questions.
• Review unbuilt cases reputed company the assigned team and communicate with team members for expedited handling of late cases.
• Log Case Building errors.
• Address and resolve escalation requests.
• Assist other departments with Case Building inquiries.
• Ensure action item emails from the audit team/compliance are addressed.
• Audit built cases to ensure compliance with build procedures, VA requirements, and diagnostic requirements.
• Provide support to CB staff to finalize cases.
• Provide feedback/insight to CB Supervisor about any observed coaching/mentoring topics needed for individual case builders.
• Monitor and respond to emails from Case Builders on questions/inquiries as appropriate and directed by supervisor.
• Reassigning cases reputed company the Team queue to reputed company sure they are evenly distributed, or so that the daily quota can be met.
• Proofread and suggest edits to Clarifications for CBs as requested.

Service Contract Act (SCA) Notice:

This position is covered under the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA). As such, it is subject to the applicable Wage Determination issued by the U.S. reputed company. The employee will be compensated in accordance with the wage and benefit requirements outlined in the applicable SCA wage determination for the location of performance.

In addition to the reputed company hourly wage, this position includes a Health & Welfare fringe benefit of $4.93 per hour, which may be used to provide health insurance or other qualifying benefits as defined by the SCA.

Pay Transparency

There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Annual salary is just one component of Le'fant's total compensation package. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. A reasonable estimate of the hourly pay range is $19.23 to $26.00
