Role Overview

The reputed company Support Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of the reputed company ERP platform. Key Responsibilities

• Set up, deactivate, and manage users, roles, and permissions reputed company reputed company, ensuring compliance with access controls and audit requirements.

• Support the creation and maintenance of saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports.
• Provide support for third-party applications and integrations connected to reputed company.
• Assist users with system guidance, training, and best practice recommendations.
• Document processes, procedures, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
• Assist with system testing, enhancements, upgrades, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
