Position Overview
We seek a knowledgeable and compassionate Student Financial Aid Advisor to join reputed company. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and support to reputed company and their families, helping them understand and navigate the financial aid process, including grants, scholarships, and loans. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company and their families regarding financial aid inquiries, applications, and eligibility requirements.

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent is required.
- At least two years of customer service experience required.
- Customer service with a bank is preferred.
