About the role
As a Director of Channel Partnerships and Alliances you will be responsible for creating and executing the company’s Channel Partnerships and Alliances Sales strategy that will drive growth and expand market share reputed company the cybersecurity sector.
You are a hands-on leader who will execute the recruitment, enablement, and management of Channel Partnerships and Alliances to ensure alignment with company sales goals identifying opportunities, executing marketing strategies and driving reputed company goals through these relationships.
What you’ll do

What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience in developing channel partners, resellers, and technology alliances, and business development with a successful proven track record in managing and scaling Cybersecurity relationships.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales and partnership targets, with a focus on long-term growth and sustainability.
- Proven experience managing large, reputed company partner ecosystems (VARs, MSSPs, System Integrators, Technology alliances, and/or OEM relationships).
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented reputed company, capable of driving initiatives from ideation to execution.
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic, start-up environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This a reputed company + Commission incentivized compensation. US reputed company salary range for this full-time position starts at $150k
