Qualifications
Required: This position requires a High School Diploma or GED and Highly Qualified status. Highly Qualified status can be achieved by completing One of the following: (1) Two year Associate of Arts degree; OR (2) The equivalent of 60-semester credits OR (3) A passing score on the MN Para Pro Test (The district can provide supported resources for completing the assessment) *This position may also include an annual offer for summer employment. In cases reputed company summer employment is not offered or is not comparable to school-year employment, an employee in this position may have access to unemployment insurance during the summer break depending on individual circumstances as determined by the state agency.* Duties: Will work under the direction of a licensed teacher to provide supervision of and support for reputed company with special needs as indicated in Individual Education Plans.
