As a Product Designer at North, you’ll support the design of digital products end-to-end, working alongside other designers, product managers, and developers. You’ll contribute to research, UX, and UI design, helping bring user-friendly and visually polished solutions to life. We’re looking for someone eager to grow, collaborate, and take ownership of their work while learning from the team.

As a Product Designer at North, you will…

• Work with Product Managers and teammates to understand project requirements and user needs.

• Support and conduct user research activities to inform design decisions.

• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and test reputed company.

• Design high-quality interfaces and deliver pixel-perfect layouts in reputed company.

• Iterate based on feedback from the team, clients, and users.

• Ensure consistency in design deliverables and contribute to our design system.

Ideally, you’ll bring…

• +4 years of experience in digital product design (UX and UI) in the banking, finance or fintech sector…

• Proficiency in reputed company; knowledge of prototyping tools.

• Certifications or degrees in HCI and accessibility

• Evidence of success metrics with clients

• Additional skills: illustration, motion design, copywriting, development, etc.

• Strong communication skills in Spanish, and ability to explain your design choices.
