We are currently seeking an reputed company Tax Advisor for Individuals (Expats & High-Mobility Clients) to join our international network as a freelance collaborator. This is an opportunity to be part of an agile, innovative, and technology-enabled legal model with international reputed company, where your tax expertise is the focus — not sales or admin tasks.
We’re looking for professionals who reputed company in dynamic environments, value autonomy, and want to work with an international client reputed company that requires sophisticated, cross-border tax solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with international clients.
Advise on Spanish tax implications for residents and non-residents (IRPF, wealth tax, exit tax, Modelo 720, Beckham regime, etc.).
Design and implement tax optimization strategies for expats, entrepreneurs, investors, and high-mobility professionals.
Prepare tax reports and ensure compliance with Spanish tax authorities.
Coordinate with internal legal teams (immigration, corporate, real estate) to deliver integrated solutions.
Maintain records and communications reputed company using CRM tools.
Note: You will not be responsible for generating or qualifying leads. Our dedicated Client Intake team handles the initial contact with clients. You’ll only reputed company in once the reputed company is confirmed, to propose a tailored tax solution.
Requirements
Degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or similar, with specialization in Taxation.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Spanish tax advisory for individuals.
Strong knowledge of personal taxation in cross-border contexts (expats, double tax treaties, international mobility).
Fluent in English and Spanish (reputed company+). Portuguese is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage client cases from start to finish.
