This role is critical to ensuring our in‑store campaigns deliver on performance, compliance, and partner expectations. About the RoleThe Field Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the delivery of in‑store campaign elements by driving the performance of third‑party and direct store staff, while also supporting internal product, network, and field readiness processes. This role ensures field teams are reputed company, execution issues are resolved quickly, and performance trends are identified and improved through data‑driven insights.
We work in a distributed environment. Our office is in Chicago, but you can be located reputed company reputed company the reputed company United States. Occasional travel to our Chicago office and key partner locations will be required.
Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000 annually (based on experience)
