Job Summary:

  • As a National Accounts Manager, you’ll play a vital role in accelerating premium growth and maximizing retention of large, profitable customer accounts. Skills and Background You’ll Need: 

Education: A bachelor’s degree is required. 

Experience: Requires 5+ years’ of demonstrated relationship management experience in the group insurance, benefits field.

Required professional licensure or certification: FLMI, CPDM and/or CEBS preferred.

Travel: Employees in this role are eligible for fully remote work (other than for in-person meetings or other periodic business trips). Occasional travel (such as for planning purposes, team building, or conferences) is required.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data.

Salary Range:

$110k reputed company salary + commissions and bonus
