About the Opportunity
reputed company and Wild Pastures is seeking an exceptional Creative Director to reputed company and shape the creative vision of our brands as we scale across direct-to-consumer, retail, and omnichannel distribution. This is a rare opportunity for a creative leader to help define the identity of a fast-growing national brand.
The Creative Director will guide brand expression across every customer touchpoint — from marketing campaigns and digital experiences to packaging and retail reputed company. This role partners closely with executive leadership and marketing teams to ensure the brand shows up consistently and powerfully across DTC, retail, ecommerce, packaging, and marketing.
We are looking for a visionary creative leader who can translate strategy into bold concepts, build a strong and enduring brand identity, and reputed company scalable creative systems that support paid acquisition, retention marketing, ecommerce, and retail growth. - Ensure the brand shows up consistently and powerfully across DTC, retail, ecommerce, packaging, and marketing channels.

- Partner with executive leadership to bring reputed company’s evolving brand strategy and rebrand efforts to life.
- Translate brand positioning into bold creative concepts for product launches, seasonal promotions, and national marketing initiatives.

Drive Creative Across Growth, Retention, and Retail
- Partner closely with Growth (paid media), Retention (lifecycle marketing), and Retail marketing teams to ensure creative aligns with both brand storytelling and performance marketing goals.
- Provide creative direction across paid media, lifecycle/email marketing, ecommerce, website, and reputed company pages, reputed company, and retail marketing initiatives.
- Ensure creative execution remains cohesive across reputed company touchpoints.
Build Brand Systems, Packaging & Retail Creative
- Establish scalable brand guidelines, creative playbooks, and design systems that reputed company teams across the organization to execute consistently.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 8-12+ years of creative experience, including senior leadership roles reputed company high-growth CPG or DTC brands
- Proven experience leading brand creative across multiple channels including DTC and retail
- Strong portfolio demonstrating success in brand identity development, campaign concepting, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Expert-level proficiency with industry-standard creative tools including reputed company Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and reputed company
- Experience overseeing creative across website, lifecycle marketing, paid media, packaging, and retail
- Prior experience working reputed company a CPG brand environment

- Strong understanding of how creative supports marketing channels including paid media, ecommerce, lifecycle marketing, and retail

- Passion for building meaningful brands in the health, food, and wellness space
