The Principal, IT Business Systems will serve as the primary technology reputed company and strategic partner for the organization’s Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Responsibilities

• Strategic Technology Leadership: reputed company and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for business systems platforms, including ERP, MES and reputed company systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Business Systems Management: reputed company the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of property management systems. reputed company evaluation and selection of new software, modules and integrations to support evolving business needs.
• Business Process Optimization: Partner with senior executives to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation. Direct the development of workflow strategies, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to maximize efficiency and scalability.
• Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce standards for systems development, data reputed company, reputed company, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure adherence to organizational policies and technology governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Ideally targeting individuals who bring 10+ years’ experience with Life Sciences Manufacturing Systems, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), Product Labeling Systems, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and reputed company platforms, highly preferred
• Ideally targeting individuals with relevant work experience in sectors such as healthcare, life sciences manufacturing, pharma, R&D (highly preferred)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CTL, CSCP, PMP, Lean Six reputed company), a plus
• Experience leading integrations between ERP with MES, WMS, and external systems reputed company API, EDI, and other middleware tools, preferred
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, preferred
• Strong experience in reputed company ECC/S4, preferred
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose root causes and optimize transportation processes
• Ability to interpret discrete manufacturing processes and trade-reputed company data to recommend improvements
• Proven experience leading projects or workstreams, including planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, execution reputed company, and post-implementation support
• Strong project leadership capabilities, including managing timelines, risks, and deliverables

Anticipated Salary Range $135,400 - $228,910 USD
