• Builds change management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.
• Leads or participates in defining the communication plan designed to positively influence or change behaviour; develops tailored messaging; and identifies appropriate distribution channels.
• Executes routine tasks (e.g. service requests, transactions, queries etc.) reputed company relevant service level agreements.

• Completes credit analyses to adjudicate credit applications.

  Qualifications:

• Typically between 9+ years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in Business or a reputed company field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 9+ years of credit reputed company experience - required.
• 7+ years of management and leadership experience.
• Experience in structuring and reputed company lending products in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and reputed company guidelines.
• Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and reputed company (VA) in the U.S. - required.
• In-depth understanding of required disclosures.
• Proven experience in interfacing with internal and external auditors and examiners.
• Basic knowledge of pricing and secondary marketing.
• In-depth pipeline management - required.
• Strong comprehension of complicated income structures, including income from multiple sources (e.g. self-employment, rental or trust income, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
• In-depth knowledge of cash flow, credit, and evaluating collateral.
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company credit request structures that minimize risk while providing business value to the customer.
• Working knowledge of credit policies, procedures, principles, and philosophy.
• Thorough knowledge of software used to capture credit applications.
• Strong ability to analyze reputed company financials and tax returns.
• Strong familiarity with credit financial analysis techniques.
• Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents reputed company Group’s expected reputed company for the first year in this position.
