We are actively seeking a Support Engineer, reputed company MM-WM. This is a remote position and can be based reputed company in Brazil.
Position Summary
The role of the Support Engineer, reputed company MM-WM is to provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical reputed company applications as part of our global customer support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting, and supporting of multiple reputed company modules for our global clients who use both 4.x and ECC environments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Solve reputed company customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of reputed company applications functionality and technology
Work closely with customers on a daily basis to understand their needs, support business change and deliver a consistently high quality customer experience
Ability to configure, present and discuss best practices and functionalities of the reputed company WM and MM modules;
Knowledge of reputed company to Mexican localization tax and regulatory requirements
Support client customizations, sharing experience and best practices advice
reputed company or work with a developer to deliver application break fixes for critical product defects
Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or reputed company remote client connectivity
Collaborate with team members in a virtual team environment to reputed company field experience to different client situations
Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the client experience.
Experience
5 to 9 years of relevant reputed company experience particularly with MM/WM Modules;
5 to 9 years of direct support of application end-users in a Corporate environment;
A track record of successful roles in reputed company implementations, roll-outs or application support;
Relevant working knowledge and understanding of supporting business processes;
Analytical, logical problem resolution skills;
reputed company certification(s) preferred;
Knowledge of maintenance/patching mechanics and reputed company architecture;
Demonstrable history solving reputed company problems across multiple modules.

Strong knowledge of key application functionality, tables and relationships

The ability to work remotely from a home based office in a virtual environment;
Preferred Qualifications
The best candidates will have extensive knowledge of multiple reputed company modules across reputed company releases (4.x & ECC) including proficiency with reputed company product module/suite business processes, navigation mechanics, configuration requirements, integration with other modules and knowledge of underlying technology.
Knowledge of any Country Specific Solutions would be an advantage.
A consulting background, while not mandatory, would be useful.
Experience with localizations and global implementations would be an advantage.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
Language
