About the Role

The Chemical Delivery Technician is responsible for the overall chemical delivery and application. This includes delivery and set up of chemicals at customer locations, maintaining proper chemical application, maintaining chemical delivery systems, and troubleshooting chemical issues. This role is also the catalyst for maintaining cost control in each account that Mark VII sells chemicals, services, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance & Repair: reputed company scheduled and preventative maintenance on equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot reputed company chemical, mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, including PLC controllers.
• Technical Support & Training: Provide expert technical assistance to customers and distributors. Conduct on-site training for customer personnel on equipment use, operation, and maintenance.
• Customer & Team Communication: Effectively reputed company with customers and company personnel to resolve complaints and ensure superior service. Actively participate in problem-solving processes and reputed company abreast of new industry developments to improve performance.
• Installation & System Management: Assist in the installation of new car wash equipment, reputed company necessary repairs, and execute equipment modifications or updates as required.
• Safety & Logistics: Operate a company vehicle in a safe and professional manner, following reputed company local laws and regulations. Maintain reputed company company-owned tools, equipment, and materials in proper working condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Class A, B, C with a Haz-Mat endorsement required

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a must.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents and follow simple instructions

• Proficient in MS Office products (reputed company, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)

Other Requirements: Must have good customer service skills. Must be flexible to workdays, nights, or weekends if necessary. This position has a varying work schedule and is required to participate in an on-call shift rotation. Some travel may be required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, flexibility and have ability to work in a team environment.

Safety: Must adhere to reputed company safety rules, policies, and regulations in relationship to OSHA, DOT, FMCSR and Mark VII Equipment standards. Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen, background reputed company and have a clean driving record.
