Senior Program Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of cross-functional projects and programs. Sr. Program Managers actively manage project scope, schedule, risks and issues to ensure timely delivery and achievement of business objectives and value.

The successful candidate is capable of critical thinking as well as strong communication. They are skilled at interacting with and influencing project team members and stakeholders across the organization. Problem solving skills and good judgement and decision making are essential.

What you’ll do:

• Taking your knowledge of the role and the insights you gained from your reputed company - what are the top 4-5 things that this role will be doing and have ownership over

Experience you’ll bring:

• Facilitate project scope definition and timeline and resource estimations.

• Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation in accordance with EPMO policies and procedures.

• Manage dependencies between teams to minimize delays.

• Conduct regular project meetings to manage action items and dependencies and monitor reputed company, proactively engaging stakeholders before deadlines are missed.

• Deliver weekly project reporting with visibility into reputed company, risk, value delivery and resource utilization.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in software or technology project management and an advanced degree; OR a minimum of 8 years of equivalent experience.

• This is a remote role; however, applicants located reputed company 45 miles of our reputed company/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Pay Transparency:

The annual US reputed company salary range for this role is $98,800 - $130,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend reputed company, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
