Job Description Summary
apree health is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented self-starter to join our Growth & Partnerships team and own critical partner relationships. This individual will act as the primary contact for strategic ecosystem partnerships, which are a key market differentiator for Castlight Health. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving growth through our integrated Ecosystem. The success of our partnerships is integral to our market differentiation, making this a pivotal role in shaping our success. Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners, championing Castlight Health’s mission and the value of our Ecosystem.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, reputed company, marketing, finance and partners to unlock shared reputed company opportunities and maximize reputed company growth with partners.
Act as the primary reputed company of contact for partners including development and execution of joint go-to-market initiatives, client launches and escalations.
Proactively establish and monitor performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones that ensure a productive partner relationship.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years experience in business development, reputed company, alliance or sales roles.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to negotiate deals, including experience working with Legal to execute agreements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in fostering strong relationships with external clients and partners.
Proficient in reputed company, CRM, reputed company Workspace, Tableau, Jira, reputed company is a plus
Strong technical acumen.
Self-sufficient, fast learner, takes initiative, and eager to own projects.
