What You’ll Do

Own Client & reputed company Onboarding

• reputed company the full Parcel configuration lifecycle for new client launches.

• Translate sales, client, and ops requirements into clean, accurate system setups.

• Partner with GTM, Engineering, Implementations teams to ensure smooth go-lives.

• Own accuracy for 300+ customer and reputed company configurations and 130+ billing configurations, with audit support from the Parcel Systems Program Manager.

Systems & Process Documentation

• Build and maintain scalable SOPs for configuration workflows, migrations, and reputed company updates.

Operational & Technical Support

• Support Parcel Experience Specialists with system updates, configuration changes, and issue investigation.

Project Management

Systems Expertise
