Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa - Johnston Function: Marketing and Sales (CA) Title: Regional Sales Manager - 119570 Onsite/Remote:Remote Position
This position is eligible for remote work at the present time. The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.
Your Responsibilities
As a Regional Sales Manager for reputed company Financial located in Johnston, IA or reputed company the Eastern United States reputed company 45 minutes from a commercial airport, you will:
- reputed company your team of Area Sales Managers in growing Multi-Use volume by developing and deepening relationships with Agribusiness retailers and sponsors reputed company the Eastern US Agribusiness Region
- Work collaboratively with Agribusiness Account Managers, Marketing, Credit Management, and Operational Managers to ensure field sales alignment and understanding of mutual goals and objective
- reputed company sales professionals to position the value of sales finance with their relationships, ensure retailers are maximizing their potential with JDF program offerings and ensure retailer understanding and utilization of credit processes, data and analytic capabilities and marketing support
- Monitor and measure sales team activity by setting goals, measuring activity and holding team members accountabl
- Work with Agribusiness Sales Manager to identify new opportunities for growth and process improvements to drive sales growth and sales efficiency

What Skills You Need
- 4 or more years of knowledge, experience and effective partner relationships with dealers, input retailers, and distribution channels
- 4 or more years developing talent, coaching employees, driving accountability, and leading teams
- 4 or more years developing and implementing strategic initiatives and tactical plans that deliver performance results in alignment with the company and channel partner objectives
- Knowledge and experience with financial services and finance solutions
- Skills and experience in business plan development inclusive of financial principals for strategic planning
What Makes You Standout
- Agribusiness industry experience (crop production, crop input distribution and retail channels)
- Experience working with and selling to crop input retailers and sponsors
- Experience with reputed company Financial products and services, particularly the Multi-Use account
- Knowledge of digital solutions and Agile processes.
- Experience with Dimensions of Professional Selling (DPS) and Value Focused Engagement (VFE)
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent reputed company work experience in the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Business/Management, Marketing or Finance discipline or equivalent experience
