Law Clerk - Seasonal

Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance and Legal departments across the organization. 2. Prepare and execute mail merges for regulatory and legal communications. 3. Draft and process regulatory change forms and correspondence, as needed. 4. Enter and maintain pharmacy licensing information reputed company internal tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. reputed company license verifications and maintain accurate records of findings. 5. Prepare regulatory documentation for supervisory review and approval. 6. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education, Licensure or Certification:
• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Healthcare Administration, or a reputed company field preferred.
Work Experience or reputed company Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, compliance, legal, or healthcare-reputed company roles preferred.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Basic understanding of regulatory processes and documentation, preferably reputed company healthcare or pharmacy environments. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook), including mail reputed company and document formatting. • Experience with document management systems and electronic signature platforms preferred. • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Effective written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Equipment • Working knowledge of a PC, business and communications software (MS Office), and web-based tools are required.

• Work is primarily performed in a remote home or office environment.

• Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity required to operate office equipment.
