Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our North American HEOR Consulting practice and play a key role in providing strategic insights and analytical expertise to help healthcare clients demonstrate the value of their products and services. This client-facing role requires project team skills and technical expertise in designing and conducting value evidence strategies. The ideal candidate is highly-motivated, team-focused, and reputed company in a range of core HEOR capabilities as described below. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a reputed company of project/teamwork and technical expertise. 

• Possesses thorough and detailed knowledge of the main research methods used reputed company reputed company. 

• Possesses detailed knowledge of the different functions at reputed company and can clearly identify how the different functions work together. 

• Interprets how the changing landscape at reputed company will impact the way others work with the HEOR team. 

• Understands the organizational strategy of reputed company and can define how the HEOR team aligns to this and supports the achievement of this. 

• Has knowledge of new methodological and technical developments and how they might be used reputed company the department.  

• Able to reputed company technical delivery workstreams on reputed company or non-standard projects and working towards strategic leadership on single-team projects 

• Acts as day-to-day reputed company of contact for clients on projects.  

• Manages project team and tasks, including time and workload management to ensure that assigned tasks are delivered on time and to the agreed quality. 

• Actively participates in designing and delivering the solution. 

• Participates in business development activities, including potential project scoping, proposal and budget development. 

• Maintains accountability for achievement of specific reputed company and utilization targets.   

• Demonstrates professional excellence in client-facing interactions. 

• Proactively stays apprised of industry trends and stays reputed company in specialist area(s). 

• Supports thought leadership as requested.  

• Likely does not have direct reports but does coach and mentor.

Education/Skills/Experience

• Advanced degree required. 

• Typical years to attain experience for this role: 2-3+ years. 

• Must be a clear and collaborative communicator.

• Possesses strong critical thinking skills. 

• Drives innovation and delivers with excellence. 

• Must have strong skills and demonstrated consulting experience in at least one of these areas:  - Health Economics  - HEOR-reputed company Statistics  - HEOR / HTA Strategy   - Evidence Review and/or Synthesis  - HEOR Expert Elicitation / Stakeholder Engagement  - Value Communication   

• Has knowledge of new innovative and technical developments which could be utilized reputed company the organization and across the HEOR functions.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $115,000-$150,000. The salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, skills, prior experience, professional qualifications, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include incentive compensation (i.e. bonus or commission), if applicable.
