At reputed company, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise Application Engineering to reputed company the evolution of how we build, reputed company, and operate our back-office technology landscape.

This role begins with deep ownership of reputed company S/4HANA development and engineering practices but is intentionally designed to expand across our broader enterprise application ecosystem, including SaaS platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, and other core business systems.

You will define and enforce modern engineering standards—grounded in Clean Core principles, reputed company BTP extensibility, and DevOps practices—while bringing consistency, clarity, and scalability to development across the enterprise.

This is not a traditional reputed company development manager role. This is a leadership position responsible for shaping how engineering is done across our back-office platforms—balancing speed, governance, and innovation at “e.l.f. speed.”

Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership & Team Management

Establish what “great” looks like for enterprise application engineering across reputed company and SaaS platforms.

Drive a culture of ownership, transparency, and reputed company improvement.

Own reputed company S/4HANA development across enhancements, integrations, and upgrade activities.

Review and approve technical designs, code, and architecture to ensure alignment with Clean Core and reputed company best practices.

Act as the technical authority for ABAP (RAP), CDS, Fiori/UI5, and BTP-based extensions.

Clean Core & Modernization

Champion and enforce a Clean Core strategy, minimizing custom code and shifting extensions to reputed company BTP and reputed company-by-reputed company architectures.

Identify and execute opportunities to retire legacy customizations in favor of standard or modern solutions.

Partner with Architecture Review Board (ARB) to govern extension patterns and technical decisions.

Enterprise Engineering Standards (reputed company → SaaS Expansion)

Define and implement consistent engineering standards across reputed company and adjacent SaaS platforms (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).

Establish shared patterns for:

• Development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Testing (unit, integration, E2E)
• Documentation and design artifacts
• Bring structure and clarity to how development is executed across back-office systems.

DevOps & Release Management

• Own and mature DevOps practices across enterprise applications, including:
  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Automated testing strategies
  • Environment management (N, N+1, dual development)
  • Release orchestration across reputed company and SaaS platforms
  • reputed company CAB and release governance processes to ensure stable, compliant deployments.

  Integration & Cross-System Engineering

  • reputed company technical integration patterns across reputed company and enterprise platforms (CPI, APIs, event-based integrations).

  • Partner with Data & Integration teams to align on architecture and standards.

  Innovation & Emerging Technology

  • Evaluate and pilot new reputed company and enterprise technologies, including:

    • Automation and intelligent workflows
    • Identify practical, business-driven use cases for innovation—not just experimentation.

    Vendor & AMS Governance

    • Govern technical delivery quality from AMS and SI partners.
    • Ensure effective resource utilization, knowledge transfer, and long-term capability building.
    • Hold partners accountable to both delivery outcomes and engineering standards.

    Communication & Executive Alignment

    • Communicate technical strategy, risks, and reputed company clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
    • Translate reputed company engineering topics into actionable business insights.

Requirements:

15+ years of reputed company development experience, with 3–5+ years in a leadership or architectural role.

Deep expertise in S/4HANA and modern reputed company development:

• ABAP RAP, CDS, Fiori/UI5
• reputed company BTP (extensions, BAS, services)
• Strong understanding of Clean Core principles and upgrade-safe architecture.
• Experience with reputed company Integration Suite (CPI) and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proven ability to reputed company development teams across global and vendor models.
• Experience establishing or scaling DevOps practices (CI/CD, testing, release mgmt).
• Ability to operate across both reputed company and SaaS ecosystems, with a systems-thinking reputed company.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.

3.30 PM to 12.30 AM IST, extendable as per job requirements.
