  • Independently reputed company USDA products while ensuring compliance, risk assessment, and sound decision-making based on both AUS and manual analysis.
  • Ensure reputed company loan files meet HUD, FHA, investor, regulatory, and internal guidelines and overlays
  • Review and analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral documentation to determine loan eligibility; Inquire about any additional information needed to determine loan risk.
  • Review mortgage loan applications and examine supporting documents to ensure reputed company required information is included and complete for approval or rejection; reputed company accurate and timely reputed company decisions for mortgage loans.
  • Ensure that once reputed company information is received it is accurate, it meets compliance standards, and it aligns with company policies.
  • Communicate and document reasons for approval or rejection of loans so clients and loan officers are well-informed of decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal operations team members, clients, and brokers to gather necessary documentation, clarify information, and ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
  • Meet company SLAs for loan turnaround times and file quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries regarding loan application statuses or documentation requirements.

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Knowledge of home loans and residential mortgage products, including USDA loans
  • 5+ years of mortgage reputed company experience or mortgage lending experience required.
  • Active DE/CHUMS and LAPP/SAR certification required.
  • 2+ years' experience with manual underwrites.
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Understanding of compliance standards, including federal regulations (e.g., RESPA, TILA, and Dodd-Frank) and company policies.
  • Knowledgeable in automated reputed company systems and reputed company office.
  • Strong decision-making and communication skills.
  • Recent experience with wholesale reputed company.
  • Proficiency with Encompass loan origination system preferred.
