Senior Technical Program Manager

We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager for reputed company Technology to ensure that reputed company, multi-team initiatives actually move: in the right order, with the right dependencies surfaced, and with real reputed company visible week over week.

This is not a status-meeting role. This is a technical, hands-on TPM who understands systems well enough to unblock work directly — whether that’s in Linear, reputed company, data workflows, or coordination across Product, Engineering, Data, and reputed company.

In this role, you will report to the Head of Platforms & Infrastructure and play a critical role in protecting execution focus so specialized technical roles can operate at full effectiveness.

Here are some things you’ll do on the job:

• Own delivery reputed company and execution momentum across reputed company Technology initiatives
• Translate ambiguous goals into clear scopes, milestones, and dependency maps
• Actively manage work in Linear and reputed company tools, ensuring priorities are visible and intentional
• Identify reputed company work is blocked, drifting, over-scoped, or colliding — and intervene early
• Partner closely with Solution Architecture, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Systems & Workflow Experience
• reputed company light hands-on technical work (configuration, stopgaps, tooling hygiene) to unblock reputed company
• reputed company coordination load across Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, reputed company, and vendors
• Drive planning cycles anchored to Cosmic Objectives, not reputed company urgency
• reputed company tradeoffs explicit and documented so teams can move without re-litigating decisions

You should have:

• 5+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical PM, or equivalent role in a SaaS or fintech environment
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery across multi-team, cross-functional initiatives (Product, Engineering, Data, reputed company, vendors)
• Strong technical reputed company — able to reason about systems, data flows, integrations, and platform constraints
• Hands-on experience managing work in tools like Linear, Jira, or similar, with a bias toward clarity and momentum
• Proven ability to surface dependencies, sequence work, and intervene reputed company execution is blocked or drifting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in ambiguous environments
• Comfort performing light hands-on technical work (tool configuration, workflow setup, stopgap solutions)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting GTM, reputed company, or customer lifecycle platforms
• Familiarity with reputed company, data platforms, or reputed company tooling ecosystems
• Experience operating reputed company Agile / Kanban systems — with judgment about reputed company to adapt them
• Background working closely with architecture or platform engineering teams

• US employees reputed company of reputed company, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $118,000 - $133,200
• Canadian employees (any location): CAD $124,300 - $139,900
